Cancelling a Subscription Order

Orders for Azuresoft Technologies subscription services placed directly with Azuresoft Technologies over the phone or an E mail are processed immediately and can only be cancelled by contacting Azuresoft Technologies. If you decide you no longer wish to use or retain membership of the services for a subscription, you must contact us to request cancellation within 30 days to receive a refund. Cancelling after Renewal:

If you're an Annual subscription customer and you wish to cancel your subscription after your renewal date has passed, you must contact us to request cancellation within 30 days of the subscription renewal to receive a refund. See the information below for Requesting a Refund. Renewal charges for Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refund.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact Azuresoft Technologies Customer Service and notify us of your desire to cancel a subscription contract. Please have your subscription order confirmation email message available to help us process your request. The Request Refund link is the fastest way to receive your refund. Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of making the request and are subject to our site’s full terms and conditions. When your refund is approved and processed by Azuresoft Technologies, typically within 5 to 7 business days, the credit will be issued to the payment method listed in your Azuresoft Technologies Account. Restarting an Expired Subscription

Subscriptions that expire after the renewal date without payment or subscriptions cancelled immediately by contacting Customer Service cannot be restarted. If you wish to renew membership and services for a cancelled subscription, a new subscription can be purchased.
